TALLAHASSEE — A state legislator whose district is home to thousands of Caribbean immigrants wants to ban the term “illegal alien” from the state’s official documents.
“I personally find the word ‘alien’ offensive when applied to individuals, especially to children,” said Sen. Frederica Wilson, D-Miami. “An alien to me is someone from out of space.”
Well, you’re an idiot.

Personally I would like to see the word “legislator” ban. It is offensive when applied to individuals, especially moron’s like this creature who try to act like statesmen. I can only imagine that there are better things to worry about in Florida than this. What an insult to the people of the Great State of Florida…..
Your blog got boring. Where are the cool stories?
Your critique is both keen and to the point. Bravo.
Have you heard about the heated debate over legislation seeking to define the proper spelling for the possessive form of Arkansas? Arkansas’ or Arkansas’s - what do YOU think?
Ok then;
Illegal Mexican
Illegal Iranian
Illegal African
Illegal European
Actually whatis the difinition of an alien??? “Not from Here”. It can be as broad as you want it. The main word everyone is forgetting here is “ILLEGAL”. That seems to be lost somewhere in the mix. GOOD GRIEF !!!!
I’m sure the people of Arkansas sleep better at night knowing that their elected officials are always willing to tackle the important issues that affect the lives of every Arkansan.
