People will easy surmise that any 'foreigner' hearing that question will misunderstand it, the way it starts with a positive assertion, and ends with a negative one, could confuse people. This is just too important of a perspective reference point that it exposes to people their own paradigms, which is something very easily justified by finding the simplest way out of logic that may contain wholes.
